Pobb Privacy Policy

At Pobb we believe that all users should be allowed privacy at all times and take pride in allowing people the opportunity to give as much or as little personal information as possible. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Pobb, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

Data collection

• Pobb does not collect any data from browsers such as names, email addresses, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your query and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser upon entry or at any other point of the user browsing any of the files on Pobb through the use of cookies or any other technique.
• Pobb does not require that any user should identify themselves to any degree when creating or using an account.
• The user can opt to give personal details as they choose

Data Use

• Pobb does not sell or offer free of charge any material to any company or persons the information given exclusively to Pobb during the registration or any other part of the website.
• Pobb does not review, edit or delete data according to its criteria, however Pobb may choose to delete data stored on our database that has not been used for more than twelve months.
• Pobb may use data stored on our database to offer the user more functionality in other areas of Pobb with the concent of the user.
• Pobb does not require any payments of any kind and so will never ask or require credit card or banking information from any of its users.
• If Pobb requires any personally identifying information from our users we will notify them duly of why we require it and how that information will be used.
• Pobb reserves the right NOT to hand over personally identifying information to any person, body or company in ANY country including but not limited to the European Union and the United States.

Cookies

• Pobb will not install cookies onto the users computer without their express permission through the use of checking an unchecked check box indicating the nature of its purpose (e.g. 'Remember Me' Check box on the registration/login section of Pobb).
• Pobb makes no attempt to install any software to read any other cookie installed on your computer.
• Pobb does not take responsibility for any cookies stored onto users computers via links to other websites from within the Pobb website either text, image or search query based.

Email

• Emails given upon registration will only ever be used to offer the user their username and/or password when requested. No correspondance will be sent to the user to confirm details nor will any material be sent to the user about any third party.
• Pobb will from time to time send emails concerning updates to Pobb, users can email nomail@pobb.net to have their email address removed from Pobb's mailing list.
• Pobb does NOT sell, display or offer free of charge any email addresses to any member of the Pobb team or third party nor will it do so in the future.

Data Protection

• Pobb values the security of any data saved to our online databases and takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.
• Pobb is NOT liable for any unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data stored on our databases by any person, body or company other than Pobb or its developers involved in the running of Pobb with the necessity to obtain, observe or edit such data accordingly.
